Hybrid App development on Task Management

I want an app for Task Management which consists of 3 modules 1)Admin 2) Super Admin 3)Employees Admin or Employee can able to create a task for their sub ordinates and then sub ordinates can report about there task for Higher Authority who created task. on that task we need a chat box to share a files(word, excel, ..) assigned to Single users or Teams for Discussion. Tasks having Priorities for Due Date. For Every Task Changes he need to get Notification, mails, Chat box and as reminder. Uploading a Tasks in bulk with excel sheet, Need analysis report of the tasks for admin & Employee of tasks Employees having a Teams like HR, IT, Marketing, Purchase, Quality & Design. Calendar for add a Events or Check Task Due Dates UI/UX should be Creative for admin & Employee. App Authentication should be on two modes either with Email or Phone number. Need to get support for third party API integration like we are having in a SLACK app
