Gas Detection App - Interactive between trainee and student

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. The App is simple. It will be used to train emergency service providers on gas detection. Firstly the trainer app. The trainer will upload information onto the app that will then update on the students app on his phone. When using the app The screen will look like a standard gas detector. The trainer will choose what gases he wants to upload for training on his device. Each gases will always start at the same starting point. Maximum of 5 gases per screen. The trainer will increase or decrease gas levels on his phone. As he does this it will also display on the students screen. Each gas will have two ‘alarm’ points. They will be at different levels for each gas. When the gases hit these alarms levels the students phone will send an alarm tone and the screen should flash. The phone should also vibrate. The student will be then able to turn off alarm. Other alarms will be for low battery The app needs to Bluetooth between the trainer and students phone. Internet connection will not always be available. I will display an example of the gases that the trainer would load into the app for his training. This info would only go to those people whom he is connected with via Bluetooth. I will also attach an example of how the screen should look. Further down the track I expect to be able to load in specific brands of gas detectors with Soecific models, similar to the attachment sent. However for this initial app it would simply be up to the trainer to choose which gases he puts in. When the trainer wishes to increase or decrease the gas level he should be able to choose the the level it goes up to, min and max levels will be in place. He should also be able to choose a speed in which the level rises or falls. There should be 5 speeds to choose from, first one is within 5 seconds , 30 seconds, 1 min, 2 min, 5 mins.
