Developer needed for mobile healthcare application using TensorFlowLite.

Looking to have a mobile healthcare application template designed and developed. The app will take a burn image (uploaded or taken via camera) and classify the image using TensorFlowLite. The freelancer will not be responsible for the classification portion of the app but rather the UX / UI design, database and cloud integration, and software security/encryption (FDA / HIPAA compliance). I am looking for the following functionality: end user: medical doctors • Sign-up / log-in page o Register with username, password, name, address, DOB, etc. o Enable two-factor authentication (SMS, Google Authenticator, etc) o Encrypt user personal data • Upload one or multiple images stored on device and classify each image o Classifying functions and sample prediction models will be provided to freelancer o Allow user to select which images to crop before classifying o User can crop and re-classify later • Take picture with camera and classify the single image o Allow user the option to crop image before classifying • Keep latest prediction model file in the cloud for easy update / synchronization. • Have tab that will allow user to create data entry for a new patient o Assign a given image to a patient o Allow user to enter patient data (name, address, age, race, etc.) o Allow user to enter notes on a particular patient o Securely store the data in an encrypted fashion (in the cloud or on the device itself) • Have a forum where burn doctors can get together and share resources and discuss best practices Optional features: • Have tab with detailed burn information and best practices o Charts, sample pictures, classification methods o Links and contact info for resources • Have a tab with burn care product recommendations and tips on how to handle the injury. o Products would be affiliated links with other organizations o Doctors can send care packages directly to patients from the app based on their recommendation. • Allow doctors to have video chats with patients. o May need to have a separate app for patient portal.
