Develop mobile app in Xamarin for industrial camera control

We are a manufacturer of High Speed slow motion cameras, check out a o s . c h Currently our cameras are controlled via a Windows application on desktop computers. Our latest camera development features a Wifi connection why we want to develop a mobile app to control the camera. The design for the UI is available; it is the result of an earlier contest. The camera complies with the GigE Vision communication standard (Standard specification is available). Unfortunately there is no Android/iOS SDK for GigE Vision. There is an SDK for Linux ARM but we are not sure if this is helpful: [login to view URL] If the SDK is not compatible it is probably easiest to use WireShark and analyze the commands the windows application sends. For development a real camera is available through VPN connection. The UI should adapt to small smartphone as well as big tablet screens. UI designs for all devices are available.
