Build an iOS app (GN) - rewarding green commute

We are looking for teams that could deliver a mobile iOS app for our Green City protocol project. Later on we would go to Android, but that is in later stages. ABOUT THE GN APP We want to make an app that measures and rewards how people commute in cities, using location measurement of their phones. Using the right Google libraries, connected with phones MAC address, it can be measured if a person is walking, running, cycling, using public transportation or thier car. We want our app to first measure the averages of person for 7 days. Than it would start measuring if they are moving more green than their average and the average of all citizens. Obviously, all the data would need to be collected for all users but only with regards to their MAC addresses, we do not want to know their personal info. We would like to have a working app and english documentation so that we can later tweak this app, and move on to develop other MVPs for Green City Protocol, prefferably with you as our team.
