Build me a clone wish app.

I am looking for someone to create me an app that works on any network cellphone provider as well as any internet broadcasting and web base network. With the ability to add & remove any product at any time. I need the code to not have any lag time. Every page within the app needs to be short simple & straight to a users hands. Making the lag time not on the app, but on the users needing to select the next move. Also I would like to have the ability to upload new inventory immediately on the go right from my phone. I don’t have anything written down far as a theme for my app. I leave this all in the coder/ web designer ability that I am sure will amaze me once this project is completed.
