Looking for programmer who is an expert in using Microsoft Power BI.

I will draw custom dashboards and programmer will create them in Microsoft Power BI based on the datasets that I provide. Also, programmer will create login/password so clients can access their specific dashboards. Programmer will create a scaleable system where I can upload same data in same format for new clients and give them personal accounts to login and review their dashboards. I am attaching samples of the dashboards I want to create.
