Currently have a access database that has been running in access 2003. It is unstable and highly inefficient when providing reports. It consist of of two access databases both are split. Collection database front end allows for work force to clock in to specific work order as well as let supervisors review daily errors (not clocked in, not clocked out and I’m wrong job) the second access database allows for daily imports of daily clock in and clock from ADP and compare this to the clocking in and out of jobs to measure efficiency. This uses the same split database design. The access databases reside on a shared server and the front end resides on workstations. Multinwork stations can log into the back end of database. I can Provide the databases we currently have and your solution can be anything that mimics the above so it can be in sql or access just need employees to login and leadership to review various reports to report workforce effectively

Hi there, I'm expert working with ms access, sql server and large dbs. What you need now is to move data to a robust sql server 2017 64 bit or similar, and connect all front ends to that db server. All components must be 64bit to get optimal performance. 32bit will work, but I recommend take the whole step forward. let's talk about decisions to take and start working on it!
