Assemble Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with Navio2 Board and make Rx/Tx work with ArduPilot for Navio 2 / Pi 3

I have parts... Ive put in 50+ hrs trying to get RX to output singnals but nothing... Ardupilot won't read the remote.. AR610 I think... it's late... how much would you charge to setup all basic Pi OS for Navio2 Hat implementation using minimal OS space and computing memory and speed (terminal based).... will be attaching an AI USB Module to run SLAM and other AI Routines and need all I cna spare from the primitive OS. Proposals need to be from canada so the shipping isn't a factor!
