All candidates must have 1+ years customer service experience , strong technical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities will include:
• Answering all phone calls. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests and maintaining database.
• Processing online orders.
• Customer Management-Calling customers to check on supplies status
• Quoting to customers
• Various jobs from owners
• USPS/UPS label creation and tracking info to customers
• Estimate follow up
• Monitoring customer service email account
• Order management
