Magento Expert Wanted!

We would like to establish a long-term relationship with a Magento expert for all of our on-going website maintenance needs. We own several Magento websites for which we have several immediate project needs. For the last 2 years, we have been working with an excellent Magento developer but he has moved on to other things. We would love to find someone else as experienced, honest, fast, and responsive as him. We will have a lot of on-going work for you if you can meet these expectations. Honesty is important to us in project pricing. If we feel you are quoting more than what we think a project should take in time, we will have to look elsewhere. But if you quote fairly, we will reward you by sending you lots of work for a long time....and also, if you complete projects quickly and efficiently, we will award bonuses. So... The first main project we need is a better checkout shipping solution for our websites. Currently our Magento stores are set up for flat rate shipping only. We would like a Magento expert to change our shipping configuration so that it provides calculated shipping costs based on the customers country or zip code. We would like to offer multiple shipping options at checkout (such as USPS, Fedex Ground, express, overnight, etc) Our store is targeted towards both RETAIL and WHOLESALE customers so we need a tier / weight calculated system in place in order to increase the shipping charges for a higher volume purchase.
