Hello, I can help you with your project. I have a very good understanding on server setup. I will use CentOS 7 for the OS and will be hosted on a VPS server. I will use Webmin for as system management and hosting tool. Phplist would be the best open source mass emailing software for this. And will deliver within 3 to 5 days.
