Need guidance for Crypto Currency Mining Pool Setup & Management

I am currently working on a project to build either bitcoin or ethereum mining pool where people with their mining machine can join to mine specified coins. In exchange, I want to provide them with efficient and more profitable output compared to other miners with transparent sharing system. I just have basic knowledge and have a friend who is following guides on the internet to set up just to help me what I am expecting will be like. However, It will not be possible until I get some guidance about hidden part of mining pools like how they collect the reward, share them to miners, how they count fees, payout system, pool network management across different locations. Thereofre, I am looking for someone who has experience with building/managing cryptocurrency mining pool for BTC, ETH, ETC, ZEC and different algorithms. Be warned, I want only experienced person who has technical know-how information and can guide me to understand what sort of technical infrastructure I will require. Just for the test, I already have built ethereum mining pool and it is working for me at the moment. However, I am not sure how can I scale it for multiple miners and distribute jobs as well reward them with mining. In short, I have a good dev friend who did best as per instructions available online just to help me understand if it is possible or not. So you should be able to answer & provide instructions or links for scaling. - How does blockchain reward me for shares I found in my pool? - What kind of calculation should I use to reward miners (PPS, PPLNS etc)? - How can I automate payout system and how does it actually works? - I will need 5 or more pool points (servers in different zone) for minimum latency for miners, How can I connect them and distribute tasks and work with blockchain to find blocks and receive rewards For this moment, I will need answers/guidance to understand this matrix, not actual development.
