What kind of issues are you having? I am assuming, since you are outsourcing this, that the problems are on a public facing server (which probably means web pages) ? Often nginx , apache, mysql (or flavor), php etc problems can be solved by nudging the configurations. However, sometimes people ask for help because the website is crashing due to scripting bugs. What kind of issues are you having ? And, are you able to catch these issues in logs ?
