Install and configure smokeping on RaspberryPi

Hi There, I can install Smokeping for you and will have the time series data presented with the graphing tool. It just works the same way like Cacti + RRDtool. We used to work, Nagios, Cacti, RRDtools, Smokeping, NRPE, NConf. Now we moved to Prometheus with Grafana for monitoring.
