Help setup linux pc with messenger

I have very simple pc's. They are all pentium 3 1000Mhz 128MB RAM with 2GB HDD. I want to set them all up like linux pc's. Requirements: - Restrict all users right. They cannot enter configuration - Only display 1 welcome screen when linux computer boots. When you click on screen you will be redirected to my website. You can only browse my website. All other websites are restricted and no access!! - Install a good messenger client for this linux pc. It should be somekind of a chat client so i can talk with someone behind this linux pc on distance - Restrict all settings from chat application. User cannot modify or edit anything.* - Help me make a ghost cd after all is well and running for this linux pc then i can use ghost cd to setup other identical pc's. * If 3 different persons are messenging from 3 different linux, i would like all messages to go to only 1 same specific destination (webmaster messenger) If layout and functionnality is good then all 3 messges can come in 1 box for him so he can answer much faster. Not 3 different popups like standard messengers. Apply and place bid only if you are 'available'at once. You will be picked af once if you are able to do this very fast.
