Hi, assuming you know what file is the issue, I can remove it easily with either ssh or cPanel access.
I have assisted numerous customers with similar issues with server at godaddy and others, and once server is clean I can communicate with godaddy on your behalf (anydesk/teamviewer to your pc and you provide them with account details) if you feel that would help get things going faster.
Additionally, please make sure the infected file is not essential for your website/system to avoid a dominoes effect. Anyway, while performing my task I would move files to a controlled folder and only delete after you confirm your website is still fully functional.
