I have a new product I am looking to have manufactured in China. The product consists of a couple of unique parts we have designed and drawn and a couple of generic existing components from different factories to make a totally new designed product. I would like all components sent to the factory that is making the unique parts so the product can be boxed as a finished product out of that factory. To offer protection I would like a basic manufacturing agreement with this factory to help restrict them offering our unique parts to any other factory/supplier that may want to make a version of our product.
