568003 Joomla component for article submit

I need a joomla component described as below: Front end: Allow any user submit articles. Once articles are submitted, they should appears as unpublished. User should have all articles submitted listed. User's earnings should be listed and total earnings added up. User can request payment and select method to be paid with (Drop down select: moneybookers, paypal, Check). then add payment details. Payment statuses: Not paid, processing, hold or paid. Back end: admin can see all articles submitted, view them and approve or reject. Once rejected, articles are not published, but notification send to client to proofread the article and resubmit. Also, admin can attach the reason for rejecting the article for client to read. This reason should appear as a red alert on the title of the article as read by the author. Once approved, payment is added to total and article is published. admin can check all payment requests and mark as paid, processing, or HOLD. Default payment status is (NOT PAID). Note: let notifications of any change be send to relevant users. Is that Okay.
