Maintain and build upon an iOS IONIC application

Our team requires developers to maintain and update an Ionic 1 project based on project manager requirements. The app is currently in Beta, and we want to further develop this based on beta user feedback. The app is developed for iOS, and we wish to build the app further before releasing it to the app store. The project is a simple forum based application with the ability for users to post tasks, apply to tasks and chat with each other. No in app monetary transactions are involved. We are looking for full-stack developers to help us build the app further. The app is currently in Beta, with Beta users testing the app and providing feedback on a regular basis. We want to build the app further, adding enhancements to existing features and building new features. Tech Requirements: We are looking for full-stack developers who do not simply follow instructions, but who can think critically, are opinionated and can act as a technological guide for the project. We will be following an agile methodology to develop the app, ideally 3 week sprints. We will be working together at all times to scope out requirements for every sprint, prioritize and build on the app. Culture Fit Requirements: Apart from technical expertise, we also expect the applicants to be comfortable working with other developers in tandem, in a respectful and flexible manner. We are a group of people working remotely from different parts of the world, so clear and fluid communication between team members if very crucial to a fluid and harmonious work environment and towards to overall growth of the product as well. Tech Requirements 1. At least one year of experience developing Ionic 1 apps for the iOS market 2. Experience with Google Firebase for the database and push notifications 3. Experience with AngularJS 4. Experience with working in an agile product management environment 5. Experience with Git and GitHub 6. Experience working with remote teams in a respectable fashion Termination We, the Client reserves the right to terminate the developer’s at any given time. The Agreement shall be terminated in the event each of the parties fail to perform their obligation under this Agreement. For termination, each of the parties shall give in writing at least fifteen days (15) notice by the aggrieved party to the defaulting party for remedy. If no remedial action is taken within this fifteen days(15), the Client reserves the right to terminate the contract.
