I have extensive experience in excel scripting, JSON and JSON parsing with javascript/python. I understand that you require a libre CALC script but just to clarify is it mandatory that I do it in Libre CALC or can I do it independently and produce csv script for you. The reason I am asking is all you are looking for is the output CSV there might be a better way to do it. Can be done in whichever way you prefer.
