This is a repost of a project that we have posted before, but we decided to post it as a fixed budget project. If you need more information, feel free to contact me before submitting your proposal. We are looking for a JavaScript user interface developer to help us develop new user interfaces for industrial quality control systems. In this first project, the task is to build a JavaScript (Vue.js preferred, but other suggestions are welcome) based viewer for a test report given in JSON format. We are currently using Qt/QML to build our user interfaces, but want to switch to a web-based UI for future systems. A typical JSON test report is attached. The report contains all the input data to be displayed on the UI. Our current implementation in Qt/QML is presented in the two screenshots, its dynamic behaviour is shown in the video. The goal of this project is to build a copy of our existing solution in JavaScript. All drawings (the overview plot on the left, the contours in the defect images on the right) need to be vector graphics, as they will also be exported into PDF reports (not part of this project). The defect images are given in PNG format encoded as base64 in the JSON file. Additional information on the JSON file structure can be provided on request, if you have any technical questions feel free to contact us before placing your bid. To help us in the selection of a freelancer, please include a bit of information on your experience both with JavaScript/Vue.js and with UI/UX design. Experience in UI/UX design is not a prerequisite for this specific project, but will be helpful for future collaboration.
