Our project is written using the Meteor stack. We would prefer people with experience in Meteor, but anyone with some node experience should be able to pick it up pretty quickly. The most important thing is your willingness to learn and how well you can fit into our existing team and work with our contribution protocol.

The most reliable way to get hired is to send a *valid* pull request (see the readme) so that the existing team can see what you can do in reality. You can also apply here of course.
We use a fairly unique contribution policy which allows our paid developers to basically work on whatever they want. We do not assign tasks, we don't tell you how to do your job (but you can always ask the senior guys for help). If you see a problem that needs fixing and it looks interesting to you, you can go ahead and work on it. You can even log your own problems/issues and work on that too.
When applying, please mention which issue you'd like to work on first as a test ("whatever issue you tell me to work on" is not a valid answer). It's also a good idea to tell us your github profile.
