I need to extend a small node.js map based application to draw these USA “Opportunity Zone” layers on my map that are shown here.

You will need to

1. Figure out how to scrape or obtain those shapes in the opportunity zone.

2. Save those down.

3. Render them in my map.

4. create a panel toggle that allows me to turn off or on the shape on the map - it should work at any zoomed level.
