VS2017: Create Set of Custom ASP.NET WebForm Controls

I am looking for a Visual Studio ASP.NET developer that can create a set of custom WebForm controls that be used as a replacement for the standard controls that come with Visual Studio. The controls would be titled the following: aspFormTextbox aspFormCheckbox aspFormCheckboxList aspFormRadioButton aspFormRadioButtonList aspFormDropDown aspFormListBox aspFormFileUpload aspFormButton aspFormDatePicker aspFormToggleBox The controls would work exactly the same as the standard controls that ship with Visual Studio, however, they would have theme/styling options that would make them visually more appealing (instead of spending countless hours styling manually). The solution must be compatible with IE10 or later and all modern browsers including Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. For use with Visual Studio 2017 ASP.NET VB/C#.
