I have a version control in gitlab, and I got my team tracking their time on toggl and both of those have API's.
I'd like the work done in two milestones:
1. At some set interval (maybe once a day, something configurable) it checks the time entries and adds the time spent on them to the issues. gitlab issues have a `spent` attribute that could be used to store this. And maybe the time entries all start with the issue number like `#<issue number> - description of work` so that it can be parsed and associated.
2. fetch all the gitlab milestones and their associated issues and the time spent vs time estimated and generate the data required to plot the confidence chart that's detailed here. [login to view URL]
There's a sample implementation here of the Monte Carlo simulation: [login to view URL]
I want to basically run this in my terminal like `node <project>` and have it spit out the relevant numbers in json.
Looking forward to working with you... I'm only looking to hire one person for this. Please mention if you have any relevant experience.
