Code an automated web script

I'm trying to create an automated script that can automate a specific set of functions for myself. It will include creating new accounts on a web service, utilizing a list of unique email addesses I have saved, sending a push/get request for an auto-captcha service, and then clickign specific X,Y coordinates and typing inside of a flash environment. The automation needs to be able to get the first email in a list of unique emails saved as a .txt file, then delete that line from the file so that the next itteration of the bot does not re-use the same email. then it will navigate to a specific webpage, click an element, fill in "email" box with the email picked from the text file, input a given password twice, input a date of birth (randomized within a specific timeframe) in a 3-drop-down selector with a dropdown for day, month, and year, and the month is alphabetical not numerical. It will then click a checkbox to indicate the agreeing to ToS, and submit a captcha call to 2captcha to solve a reCAPTCHA v2 request. it will click one more element, which will load a flash window. In the flash window, it will click in a specific x,y location, hit backspace 13 times to remove any text that is there, and generate a unique 13-character string with a given set of characters letters and numbers. it will then click another point in the flash window, wait a given time, click 4 more points in the flash window, wiat a smaller time, clikc again, input a specific text, and then click two more times. After this, it will clear cookes and cache, and repeat as neccessary. I can provide further details and walk you through the process individually if this is within your skillset.
