Create Web Service for Goods Delivery (Backend + Frontend Web App). It Should Be Like Uber for Deliveries

Need to create server part and client part for a web service like Uber, but Uber for goods delivery. Description: There is a big city, several routes depart from the big city in different directions. There are a lot of small towns along the track where people often order goods from the big city. In the big city, on the outskirts there are special stocks in the directions of each track. People can order delivery of goods from different shops in theese special stocks. Then our service lets order goods delivery from the stock to a small town, which is situated in the directions of a track. A deliveryman is not a special worker, but any person who drives from the big city along the track to a small town. The website should allow ordering the delivery of goods from the special stocks to the recipient and there should be a convenient service for people who want to deliver the goods. The server part should be ready and convenient to connect Android and iOS applications in the future. The website has to have features: registration and authorisation for users, authorisation for administrator. Registration data: name, sername, mail, password, phone number. Email verification and phone number verification. After that the user can sign in and order a delivery. For goods delivery the user has to specify the name of the goods, delivery address and pay 1$. When the user enters his delivery address, then the website automatically chooses the stock, where the user has to order a goods delivery from a shop, that is the special stock in the directions of a track to the delivery address. When the goods arrives from the shop to the special stock, the administrator chooses this goods in a database and changes a waiting status from "expected from the store" to "in stock". The administrator fill in the size of the goods (length, width, height), weight. According to distance from the stock to the town, weight of the goods and its size the service calculates (automatically) the cost of the delivery and write to database. The user receives notification on the website, sms notification and mail notification that the goods is delivered to the stock from the shop and the cost of the delivery. After that the user has to pay the delivery cost on website with electronic money. After payment the server moves the goods to the list of goods that need to be delivered (vacant). ........................... Any user who has a car can drive to the office (stock) and become a deliveryman. For permission to be a deliveryman the user has to scan passport, driver's license and specify car details in the special stock. After that this user with permission to be a deliveryman will be able to see the list of vacant goods. The user has to be able to see in the list of goods the town of delivery, cost of delivery. There must be convenient search by city, sorting by cost, distance. Also, passing towns options and goods to passing towns should be offered on the site. ........................... When the user with delivery authorization decided on what product he wants to transport, then he has to visit the stock where this prodict is located. The administrator gives a product to the deliveryman. After that the client recieves a notification with the information about the deliveryman (sername, name, phone number, car number) and estimated delivery time. The notification is sent to the site, mail and in sms. The deliveryman recieves the notifications with information about client (name, sername, phone number, address).
