Build planetary positions calculator with accuracy of 30 arc seconds -- Repost

I am looking for a planetary position calculator to determine planetary positions of the following heavenly bodies - Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, Pluto, North node of Moon , South node of Moon. The last two are relevant from astrology perspective. The application should be able to take a range of dates as start date and end date and generate a separate excel file for each planet. For each planet the positions should be calculated at every minute within the date range given. This tool should work with desired accuracy from 1800 AD to 2150 AD.
