Right now I need two things done:
(1)Customize the Open Language Tools Editor ([login to view URL]) for me by adding support for XLIFF 1.1. Currently the Open Language Tools Editor supports XLIFF 1.0 (2) Make a tool for me which will read XML files I have and extract all data from them and output an XLIFF file. The nice thing about the XML files I have is that all the translatable data is in between the elements or is the content. To paraphrase, all the data for translation is betweeen the tags. The tool should have a GUI and be able to process all XML files in a folder, including XML files in sub-folders. The tool should also be able to convert back to XML fromthe XLIFF files created. It should keep all the tags and comments intact. I think that this can be done by storing a skeletal file of the XML(i.e. the XML file without the data).xliffroundtrip([login to view URL]) is a utility with the same aim, so you can modify it for me. I am a very cooperative buyer and you can ask me as many questions as you want. I also want to mention that I am in my mid-twenties, so we can work together for a long time. One of my clients is implementing the Open Language Tools and I expect on-going work in Java, etc.
