Multilevel Online Sales Organization

We are looking to have a website created for our multilevel online retail site. The name of the company is compra vende gana which means buy, sell and earn in Spanish. We need the ability to post items with descriptions HTML and text along with pictures similar to what Ebay, Amazon and other online retailers do. One major difference is that our website will have the multilevel component which includes reporting of sales and earnings for each seller. Sellers will earn 5% of their gross sales monthly plus 1% of sales from their down-line maximum 3 levels down. In addition the sellers have the ability to choose a non profit organization from our list or recommended or recommend a non profit of their choice where 1% of their sales are donated monthly. The theme needs to have some aspects of my ebay store or a familiarity to it, but also be different as its a complete online webstore and not just an ebay store.
