NEEDED NOW! +++ Strong Front End + Backend J2EE Individuals 4 eCommerce Venture +++ +++ JSP, Lightweight J2EE, MVC +++ Hello, my name is Alex and I'm starting up a US consulting company doing full-service eCommerce outsourcing. I need one or more individuals to get us up and running on a new JSP, Lightweight J2EE, MVC eCommerce package called SoftSlate ([login to view URL]). We need to launch the new site ASAP. This bid is for the first phase of the project. Fixed bid is OK, but I think often a bad deal for both sides. I would like to find individuals or companies where we can establish an ongoing relationship. Definitely willing to add performance bonuses for those who so well. For me, this is just the first client and need to find partners with strong technical resources and I can trust to follow through. I am looking for top talent and results instead of the lowest bidder. English skills are important. We will need to communicate often by email or phone/Skype to keep progress moving and resolve issues. Eastern European individuals/companies are especially encouraged to contact me but I am open to the best providers. - 1st PHASE (currently taking bids for)- Configuring / Customizing Checkout in SoftSlate I need JSP/Struts/Hibernate skills to customize and extend SoftSlate checkout and fulfillment process. I currently have a developer creating a static HTML version of the existing site. Even product pages can be static- there are only a few products. I *do* need to have the cart/checkout/fulfillment processes configured and customized in the SoftSlate package, and tied into the HTML pages. We also sell seminars so functionality may need to be extended for this. This needs to be done ASAP. On going, I also may need some Linux/Windows/PHP system administration skills to do some basic cleanup and configuration of the current infrastructure and our PHP (vBulletin) forums. Nothing major here, just configuring user accounts, installing packages, moving DNS setups, etc. - 2nd PHASE (to be determined)- Redesign of Site and Additonal Functionality Once we have a live, stable version on SoftSlate, we are looking to redesign and redo the whole site- keeping the backend application. In addition to the above skills, we will need web design, HTML, and CSS skills. - FUTURE CLIENTS (to be determined) I expect to have ongoing work from this client. I also expect to be taking on future clients as well. ABOUT ME: A little about me: I am an experienced technology executive starting a new venture focused on full-service eCommerce hosting- including development, web design, eMarketing, etc. Clients will be mid-sized, not Fortune 100 but companies with several million dollars (or euros, etc) of revenue. In the past I have worked for Deloitte, AOL-TimeWarner, HP, and multiple startups. I need strong technical partners I can outsource to on an ongoing basis.
