automated file upload/download

i have a web hosting account on a linux server for a domain name [url removed, login to view] (for example)

I want a simple java or .net or flash applcation that, when i execute it a specific file (about 50mb file) will be automatically uploaded (i will provide my accounts info) for 10 times, and then when 500mb will be uploaded, it will start download the same file for 10 times (which means another 500mb of downlaod).when the bandwidth is up to 1000 mb (1 Gb) the whole application will automatically stop, and if i want to do this again i will have to push the "run" button again.

That is why i want to enlarge the bw usage of my web-hosting account

I don't mind if the bw used is 4 gb at the time, i want the program to be terminated when it completes te 1gb transfer.

i also want the source code of this application with full comments, and after-sale support for any question on the programming level or the user level.

a simple but easy to use ui is required, so i just select the file i want to be uploaded/download and go for a walk, as the pc by itself will do the same task till the 1 gb is exceeded.
