Same issue occurred with me because apple revised app publishing policy every year. I have go through with your app, it look's like you are a services provider company who develop this app just for awareness. It's recommended you to please upgrade some feature like booking via app, communication between client & owner, sharing feature, payment module etc. In this way it will appear like a business app rather than an advertisement app. Also make sure to write some instruction in message box during uploading of next version of this app. Hope it will work.
