Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are going to lunch a new e-commerce website where will sell all categories product. We are looking Social Media Marketing Specialist for a long term to setting up, optimizing company page, develop and manage our social media platform (Instagram , Facebook and Twitter). The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Social media marketing specialist should have past huge experience and a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of our company and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. You should must meet the target of followers in all social media platform. We would like to do a pilot phase of 1 month, after which we will determine how we will work after that. What we expect from this project: • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. • 1 month of social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. • Build and execute social media marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification. • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. • Impactful content; Posts by an experienced graphic designer and content writer • Posts are optimized with hash tags and business information • Increased followers on all platforms. Must fill up the followers target end of the month. • Increased traffic and sales through our website • For Instagram, we want each post to be able to stand on its own, but we want all the images to work together to form a bigger image (See inspiration below) • For Instagram and Facebook, we want use of animated GIFS, captivating photos and videos Requirements: - Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist - Excellent consulting, blog writing, ads campaigning, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. - Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. - Must able to create attractive adds, content writing, being able to produce graphics, Animation, SEO optimisation, brand awareness etc - Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
