SEO - integration of content into design

**Coder:** 1. **Must use Dreamweaver MX**, 2. **Must** show 3 examples of sites you've optimized, 3. **list your experience** and your plan for successful SEO. There is a site that I need optimized. The #1 goal of the site is to generate a ton of traffic. The deisgn is still being worked on now. The coder will need to work with us in implementing content with SEO in mind. It is a home loans site so there is much competition. We want to include names of cities and metro areas of a few states in our keywords as well. Payment will be released from escrow in 2 parts. Half upon completion of work, the other half after the site has gotten 15,000 hits after site launch and we agree that it is being successfully found by engines. We will also want instruction on future ways to keep site ranking high. There is a possibility of monthly SEO maintinance job on this and other sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
