Sales/Business development- sales via phone

We are a training and coaching company based out of Bangalore. We are currently planning to hire a sales executive who can sell our programs by phone. Job requires: calling interested people explaining the program following up closing sales Meeting sales targets Maintaining Relationships Target market: B2C and B2B ( individuals/ corporate) Experience and credentials: Minimum graduation. Post Grads Prefered Language: High proficiency in English Work experience: Min sales experience of 2 years in the sales field. Mandatory experience in selling via phone. Experience in selling educational programs/training programs preferred. Location: Part-time position to start. Virtual/ Work from home. Available to call on the weekends and weeknights if needed. ( there are certain customers who will ask to call after 8.30 pm or on the weekend. It is important to ensure that the follow up is done on time Training provided: Sales pitch training, programs training, CRM training Salary: fixed + commission
