I need multiple Telesales/Sales Experts

I am looking for multiple Telesales/Sales person to join my expanding team. I currently have an amazing website designer and a awesome data entry lady and now i need you. I need someone with passion and self drive to call potential customers or email them and get the enthusiasm of my company across to them and get them to sign up for a new website or for SEO services. To be eligible for this job you need a laptop and a phone, a script will be provided and full call lists will be provided also on my database. This is a commission role but my commission structure is fair, for every website you sell you will get 10% of the total sale so if it sells for £1000 you get £100. For every SEO service you sell you will get 10% a month for the first year or how long the clients signs up for what ever is shorter and normally they sell for £200-£1000 a month. There is also incentives, if i feel you are doing an amazing job there is bonuses to be had such as cash. There will also be annual bonuses for the highest achiever and biggest up comer and monthly target bonuses and quarterly pay reviews, I am more then fair i believe if the company does well we all do.
