5k like on facebook and 5k followers on Twitter (Arab Countries)

I need 5,000 Facebook Likes on a single (one) Facebook Page. I need 5,000 Twitter followers on a single (one) twitter Page. Please only accept if you can deliver with requirements below: Time Line depends on the limits from Facebook and Twitter.
