Help me with Internet Marketing

We are a jeweler have a great unique design of our product. We're looking someone professional who can promote our Shopify online shop on social media, improve our web-site in order to get more orders and market share. This product is long term running. 3 months probation period. Commission Base: we offer 3-6% commission of our sales amount Our sales grow under 30%, you will get 3% commission of total sale Our sales grow 31-60%, you will get 4% commission of total sale Our sales grow 61-100%, you will get 5% commission of total sale Our sales more than 100%, you will get 6% commission of total sale The calculation cut on each month end. The sale calculation is compared to the sale on the last month. On the probation, the commission will not count the sale of our existing sale amount. For example, we sell $5000 on Aug. $5000 will use to compare the figure of sale. However, the total sale of the commission will not be count. After the probation period, the commission will count all the sale of the shop. We have the right to terminate the project. However, we are looking for a long term partner. If our sales are good, we are happy to continue our partner relationship. Freelancer need to give us report at least 3 times per week.
