Sendig speed never exceeds 200 emails per hour per IP. The response and delivery ratios are the best you can get! NOONE else can provide you such response rates! This whole system comes with 2 kinds of costs: One the one hand, one has to buy 14 VPS and 1 dedicated server costs USD 50 per month for generating server and USD 25 per month for delivery VPSes. Total monthly recurring cost thus is USD 50 + USD 25 X 14 = USD 350 Total: USD 400 My one-time setup cost will be USD 450. We will require around 4-6 domains to use for this system setup. 2 tracking domains, 2 sending domains and 1 generating domain. Monitoring charges will be USD 150 per week.
