hi there Ive been self studying facebook ads but haven't had much practical experience. I kinda know more than the basics like putting audiences together, lookalikes, , engagement targetting etc but now need to get real world experience. Id really like to work with an expert who may have been using Facebook ads to promote training courses and events. NOT online training courses but real classroom training courses - ie - a class on a subject like ms word training happening in a specific location on a specific date. it would be great to work with someone on a real class thats happening in the near future. it would be great to see some of the campaigns you've run (confidentiallity assured) so i can really get into teh mindset of a facebook marketer. some things im stll unsure about are. 1. How do you decide upon what audiences to start with 2. How do you decide what campaign you are going to run – when a pixel already installed and when the company has no pixel 3. How important is seasoning the pixel 4. In what order to split test ie- audiences, and how do you choose which audiences to split test. 5. How do you come up with your creative ideas for ads 6. When do you have a good idea that an ad set is working well 7. What initial budgets do you work to on starting a campaign 8. Do you map out a sales funnel in advance mark
