Amazon Kindle Book Marketer

I publish books on the Amazon Kindle Store. I have 200+ books of varying lengths, a large portion of which form a bunch of different fiction romance series. These books will need to be expertly marketed by someone who is highly skilled in this job and has extensive experience in the online/digital publishing business, and more specifically, on Amazon Kindle, to back them up. This will almost certainly require full time work due to the volume of books that will need to be promoted, ranked, marketed, etc. I used tackle this work myself and outsource only parts of the process, however I require a more complete solution from now on. If you do a great job, you will be repeatedly hired and can expect fulltime employment and an enjoyable long-lasting working relationship. As well as this, you will likely end up supervising others (whether through freelancers, or face-to-face if you prefer) in order to be able to thoroughly manage everything, especially as I publish more and more stories and books. In the proposal you submit, you will be expected to talk about and explain the following THREE items: - Your EXPERIENCE and why this makes you the best possible candidate for the job. - Your exact and detailed PLAN(s) and/or TECHNIQUE(s). (I.e. How you plan to market the books, fully utilize KDP free promotions, find great keywords, do review swaps, make sure the books rank very, very, very well, etc.. The books should average at a rank of around #5,000 to maybe #10,000. Explain how you intend to implement this). - Tell me the colour of the sky in your proposal so that I know you read all of this. Please also give me an estimate quote. I have dedicated freelancers who produce book covers and blurbs, which I would be happy to let you work with if you feel it would allow you to produce better results. Please also let me know if you intend on doing blurbs, etc. yourself. I would also be very keen to outsource the process of uploading the books to KDP. Overall, I am looking for an amazing, EXPERT Kindle marketer, who has lots of experience to back them up. Someone who can guarantee that the books do amazing! It would really help if you answered the following questions in your application: - Can you submit the books to KDP, create/choose book titles, keywords, categories, etc.? - Can you get descriptions/blurbs done? Do you have experience with copywriting or would you hire someone else who is skilled in this field to do it? - Can you manage free promotions, organise review swaps, submit books to sites, etc.? - Can you make and update a spreadsheet showing the bestseller rankings and how your marketing campaign is improving its rank/sales? - What strategies/plans would you use to market the books? Why? - What bestseller ranking would you be able to achieve on average for my books if you were to market them? How? Do you have any previous experience?
