40 HQ links to a UK website during 4 weeks

Before starting i would like to know what will be your strategy for this project and on what sites you are going to aquire the links. Show me some examples of what type of linking you have done for others. You have to confirm that you will aquire the 40 high quality links over a period of 4 weeks, to result in a natural linkbuilding profile. I DONT need lot of bad links in a short time. I need 40 high quality links over a period of 4 weeks. If i am satisfied with the results, you will get more work from me. PROJECT: For a United Kingdom business directory I need more links in order to rank higher in GOOGLE. Placing 40 links on UK websites gradually during a periode of 4 weeks (10 links peer week). The links are to be in UK webpages that directly relate to business, yellow pages, business directory, b2b, local business, etc. SITE URL: I will give our website url only winner. GUIDELINES: - No use of black hat software - you must build links manually, - Choose for a diversity in types of links. e.g. not only in directories, but also blogs, comments, article post, video, etc., - Only one link from each domain will be counted, - Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days, - Only quality links, so links from quality sites that fits in Google´s vision of trust, reputation and authority, - Preferrably on pages with high domain age, because of trust factor, - At least on pages with PR>3, but more than half (min 20 links) on pages with PR>4, - There shouldn´t be bad links on the site and also not to many links, - Preferrably on pages that are related to the subject, - No nofollow links, - Links should be on a logic places, so not on profile pages, not in footer, etc., - Links must be PERMANENT, active and NEVER expire, - Links must be in text, no graphics, - Links that direct link to my website, not via code or database, - Links should come from websites with different IP adresses, - Ofcourse no black hat seo, link farms, automated software, no spam sites, no redirects, cloaking and other practices, etc., - No link from: gambling, adult sites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, torrent sites, file sharing forums guestbooks, classifieds, link farms, link-exchange programs or any black hat sites. - All above will be checked on each link supplied before payment released. PAYMENT: Detailed raport - excel file should be provided with all links before payment, raport should contain: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Google Page Rank and the date link added. Payment will be made AFTER I have received the spreadsheet and verify each link. Payments will be made in terms - every 1 week/10 links.
