Google Ad Words (Google certified) and SEO specialist for french real estate agency - repost

Our web developpment agency is working for a french real estate agency that needs to improve its on line presence. The real estate agency had a Google Ad Words campaign for a time, and was very happy with it so i'm looking for someone to set it back and improve it if needed. They would want a monthly update summary on performance & KPI's. They're also looking to increase ranking and organic traffic for keywords on International search engines : YAHOO / GOOGLE / BING. This job is for OFF PAGE and ON PAGE Optimization. Your responsabilities : - Create a 200€/ month Ad Words campaign and manage traffic, customer acquisition and conversion through the channel - Create and present reports covering analytics and campaign performance (monthly) - Ensure that the website and internet properties meet content and architecture requirements for SEO best practices - Collaborate with team members to improve site performance, identify top keywords, develop content strategies and other optimization opportunities - Promote activities and interactions that build ranking and increase awareness of the company's profile Your qualifications: - Understanding of search engine ranking algorithms - Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills - Proven Adwords experience (Google Certified) - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
