Create customised designs under HP smart stream technology

For a small scale foil production, I am looking for a freelance designer, who can create full print job filescustoo,ised energy bar design to be printed on a HP 20000 Indigo machine.
Software to be used is adobe indesign or adobe illustrator with the HP smart stream plugin.
Bar designs are readily created under adobe illustrator inlcuding the content for text customisation.
Print job required designer to create the full print files including definition of the base design, the placeholder for customisation and running the customisation from a database of text entries.
Job:
4 rolls of each 4500 designs
each roll with two abse designs (design A first 500 foils, design B next 750 foils, design A last 3250 designs)
Customisation for design A includes 238 texts with a total of 282 different designs
Customisation for Design B includes 9 texts
all four rolls only vary in the base designs, customisation is exactly the same. Assumption is, that print jobs can be copied and base designs be exchanged.
This needs to be done fast - not sure why this is open for 6 days...
Please not - this is not a design job, designs are ready, but you need to create a print job for a HP smart Stream press.
