Convert Pagemaker Files to Adobe Indesign (Hindi Books)

We are looking to convert hindi book text available in Pagemaker file format into Adobe Indesign. As a secondary requirement, the file should be able to create searchable hindi Ebooks (EPub) file format. The conversion should handle proofreading, formatting and text & font compatibility. Books contain mostly text with a few graphics and a cover page/index. The text is in Hindi/Sanskrit. As a start the aim will be to transfer one book/booklet, approximately 25 pages. Below is an indicative approach/ methodology for the task but please feel free to provide inputs. 1. Provide time and cost estimate for completing the full book 2. Provide a high level 1 page methodology that will be adopted including version compatibility of Indesign that will be employed, fonts that will be used etc in the task as part of proposal. 3. After initial quotes a sample draft of the text can be shared. 4. Convert 5-10 pages. 5. Submit sample Indesign file of the sample for review Once the task is agreed. 1. The full book text shall be shared 2. The book contains a few images – files for which will be shared separately. 3. There will be a need for a few review cycles (mostly related to formatting and spelling corrections if any) before the book is finalized. 4. To aid final conversion, the hardcopy of the book can be shared via post/courier. The task is for copyrighted material and request the text be not shared openly with others. All native files be handed over once task is completed and additional copies destroyed. Thank you
