Animator for e-Learning projects

We are looking for a creative animator/illustrator who is competent in Adobe Animate to complete multiple animations for an e-learning project we are working on. Typically, these will be time-line based, but skills in Action Script 3 would be a bonus. This job would suit a animator/illustrator with experience in creating and illustrating infographics. Each animation will have a script provided and the audio/narration file supplied. At first, we will send detailed brief/storyboards, but we are looking for someone who will be able to create the storyboards to the scripts once the style has been established. We will provide access to image libraries where require, but you will be required to create/illustrate graphics as required. Photo retouching skills will also be required. We are looking to develop a long-term relationship with the successful applicant. If you don't have the necessary skills please don't apply.
