2D Animator for Popular YouTube Channel

My name is Alan Becker, I run a YouTube channel with 5.9 million subscribers. [login to view URL] or just search Alan Becker. I make 2D stick figure animations that take place on a desktop screen. They are comedic, action packed, dramatic, simple, yet very very intricate at times. There is no dialogue, only gestures. Recently most of my animations have been Minecraft themed. I release one video per month, and each of my videos receives 10 million+ views, some receiving 50 and 100 million views. I do all of my animations using Adobe Animate CC. I am looking for an animator to help me lead my team of freelance animators - I currently have 9. They are spread out around the world. All of them are very talented, but none are quite ready to act in a leadership role or work on a part time schedule, putting in several hours per day. With someone to help me lead the team, I hope to increase our production rate and grow our audience. Qualifications: -Deep knowledge and experience with Adobe Animate CC, 5+ years -Extensive experience with stick figure animation (you should be able to do this: [login to view URL] ) -Professional level of understanding of timing and staging -Excellent communication, leadership and time-management skills -Bachelors degree in Animation not required but a plus -Sound Design experience not required but a plus Responsibilities: -Work closely with me to understand the story of each short -Help me create layout and timing jobs and distribute those jobs to be in-betweened by animators -Animate for the project directly once jobs are made -Help me keep the team accountable with deadlines -Copy/Paste frames from finished job files into the "master file" -Work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week Salary: - $15/hr - 25 hrs/week -First month will involve a training rate of $10/hr
