Sourcing Executive - Freelance

Job Specifications Microland aims to build a network of freelance recruiting professionals who can support its resourcing needs. The sourcing executive is expected to support with sourcing of applicants(CVs) against a list of roles posted via Microland's Application Tracking System Renumeration would be a fee for successful closure i.e. candidate joining Microland as per terms of his/her appointment. Individuals working this role are required to own and source the required candidate profiles for the assigned position/indents and ensure adherence to defined standards The incumbent has the flexibility to work from home/remotely and maybe required to get extensive training relating to the job from time to time at Microland's cost. Deliverables Stay updated with the market practices and demand-side requirements to fulfil the sourcing needs in time Contribute to Microland’s CV database by sourcing potential candidate profiles multiple- including portals, professional networks etc. Own and source relevant candidate profiles for assigned indents Interact closely with the Fulfilment team to understand the requirements and fine-tune the profiles of the candidates sourced against an indent Qualify and segregate CVs and perform initial checks based on their availability, location, salary and notice period Maintain sourcing database and take end-to-end responsibility of the process Check on the completeness of the CVs and ensure that all the required information is captured in the CVs Provide solicited CVs to the Recruitment Leads based on the skill-set requirement Refresh the sourcing database periodically to add, modify and delete information as required. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of all their daily operations 1 - 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates within the IT Infrastructure space with specific focus on sourcing candidates for specific service lines (EUS, N&W, DC etc.) is required
